READ REVIEW – “No single driver we’ve tested this year comes close to matching the Adams 9064LS as far as the opinions of our testers are concerned!”
Adams 9064LS Driver
Back in 2008 we gave you a glimpse at what we predicted would be the next big thing in driver head technology…and that was AERODYNAMICS. And as you can see by the multitude of manufacturers recently incorporating it into one or many of their designs…our prediction was spot on. And Adams Golf lead the pack with this most recent improved technology. And they are at it again with this newest model…the Adams 9064LS Driver you see pictured above.
Black…It’s The New Silver!
But this time they are going all black. This trend to going to an all black finish has been increasing steadily over the years…at first it was mostly a tour thing but now many of the OEM’s are developing the all black look for the public as well. Adams has been pumping out plenty of the all black models for some time although even companies like Callaway are getting in the mix with their latest release of the Callaway X-24 Irons.
What To Expect From This Driver
This version is supposed to be a mix between the Adams Speedline Fast 10 we reviewed back in March the Adams 9032LS (Bigger Head) and the Adams 9015 (Lower Spin) which had quite the cult like following…including myself. Still one of the best drivers I have hit in the past few years. And we can’t wait to hit this one as well. It is no secret that we really like what Adams Golf is doing the last couple years in regards to their product development. They seem to be one of the only companies who really listen to guys like you from the blogs and forums. They sure try to give you what you want out of a golf club.
QUESTION: Will you be giving this club a try when it is released and what do you think about the trend of all black finishes on clubs?

Hello from Canada. Comments for 9064LS with Aldila Rip shaft. Have hit a few in the last few days, indoors. Seems like you need to try 4 or 5 to get one with a really solid feel and tight dispersion. But once you get that one in your hands, this club and this shaft feels awesome, super solid, great sound, tight dispersion and 4 or 5mph more club head speed from other OEM suppliers. I plan on getting a 9.5 degree head and then having a Rip shaft direct from Aldila installed locally. Hope it works out.
