“22 Hot Golf Trends For 2009!”

Want A FREE Peek Into The Future Of Golf?

Since we started our golf blog a little less then 1-year ago it has grown beyond our wildest dreams. Well…growing was always the plan but the pace of the growth is what we are surprised by. We have had 100,000’s of golfers stop by MGS recently to see what they must not be getting anywhere else…REAL & INTERESTING GOLF STORIES. Golf magazines have now become “yesterday’s news”…why read a golf mag when we deliver the same news to you months…hell sometimes years before they do.

So with all this new found fame we found on the web we thought it would be a good idea to catch all the new readers up to speed with not only what is going on at MyGolfSpy.com but also to let them see all the new golf gear we have uncovered for 2009!

For you guys that read MGS everyday already…this might just be a re-cap of what you already know…but take a look…you never know…you might have just missed one of our spy’s work. These ought to keep ya busy for a while.

My name is Adam Beach. This place, this site, it’s more than just a business to me, it truly is an expression of who I am and what I believe in, down to my core. I feel the work I do is a reflection of who I am and the idea behind the work I do is more important than the work itself. You see, I don’t actually see myself in the golf business at all, I am in the business of caring. I am a guy who wakes up with one goal: do the right thing.

the Callaway x-22 irons fitted for me by a golf professional at a test range featuring a flight scope monitor gave me 10 yards per club and tighter dispersion….

In a market like this the component guys always do a little better then the OEM’s in comparison.

Finally got to hit the Titleist DComp today. It was nice enough, not wow thats hugely long I’m buying one. It’s still a little too expensive for what you can get from other OEMs or component companys for the same $$$

I’m new to your site and finding many interesting and helpful/informative posts. As an independent sales rep and consultant in the industry, I always enjoy fresh content and perspectives, which you have achieved. I’m curious why you didn’t include any content on the new 2009 product in the Tour Edge Exotic lineup. My experience with Tour Edge and the Exotics brand has always been extremely positive in equipment performance and customer service.

Well…from what they are saying they never changed the name…but we had a reliable source saying they did. I assume they feel the Big Bertha name has more name recognition for the higher handicaps.

Yep, seen em. Just making the point that it’s a little late for another name change after Rocco was out advertising. Wonder if they are going to abandon Diablo or split it off to another line.

Wasn’t Rocco flying the Diablo colors at the skins game? Wanna see what they look like no matter what they call them. I’m really digging the L5V from Cobra, could be the gadget geek in me.

      Rob,

He was flying the Diablo colors at the Skins. You haven’t seen them? Search Diablo on the site…we covered them a while ago.

We spoke to an insider and they will NOT be naing them the Big Bertha Diablo’s now…they are sticking with simply “Big Bertha” for 2009 now.
