I play with a Bobby Grace putter which was recently re-shafted.
In addition to offering cutting edge products, Bobby Grace Putters offers superb customer service. I recently called their shop (prior to sending them my putter for re-shafting) and Bobby answered. We spoke for several minutes.
Bobby was very helpful. He offered product suggestions and repair suggestions. He went the “extra mile” to help me out.
