Vote Now! Golf Pics of the Week (Major Indifference Edition)

Hey There’s a Major Happening…We Don’t Care?

Yes, there is a Major Championship happening right now, but we’re going to ignore that (mostly) because we don’t care about the tour (mostly).

The new TaylorMade SLDR Driver hits retail today. I’m going to ignore that too (mostly).

We’ve also decided we’re not going to let Callaway win two weeks in a row, so we’re not posting any Callaway pics this week either. Instead, we’ve got a couple of really sweet copper putters, some new blades (and Mizuno cavity backs too), and an ultra-rare golf cart that the boss found on eBay.

One final note people…we see you’re voting on the reg…but please…for the love of god, leave a comment telling us what you love (or what you hate…that’s cool too). Failure to do so may result in either cancellation of the Pics of the Week, or worse yet, I’m going to start posting nothing but off the rack TaylorMade drivers.

How’s that for spiteful?

But First . . . Last Week’s Winner

Those Wilson Blades are gorgeous !
I use Di7s, which are better than the T-Ms, Pings, and Titleists I had before, but would change to these in a heartbeat if I could afford them and they do a L/H model
(I might felt-tip over the yellow after a while if it started to grate, ‘though ).
      Cheers all, Nige .

I like the golf cart. Not bad at $4k either imo, I’m going to look for one!

Love both putters but voted for the jpx irons bc they look awesome even though I don’t play GI irons. Don’t think I have ever heard of the Geotech irons but they are awesome looking as well!

Love the Wilson blades, but I’m biased. DON’T like the Bettinardi putter. The Machine Copper putter appeals to my senses much more.

Bettinardi is sweet! Honeycomb finish on bottom looks great.

I love the Turf Rider: I will be 76 this year and what a great birthday present that would be. To show up at the finest golf course. Mint Valley Golf Course in Longview, Washington would be the envy of all my fellow golfers. I would be the best repesenttative for your company, up here in the Great North West. Thank you Michael Dunkin

I voted for the Wilson FG-100. I had played with the button back irons (#1-sw) in 1971.

Yep, my first & second set of irons werer the Staff Dyna Powers and then the 17s. My back-ups to my Mizzy 68s are the 59s and this looks loke a beautiful iron, though I could do with out the yellow. Too TMaggish.

And what’s with dropping the “Fg” moniker? And no, I don’t count using it on the CBs. Those are no more Fg irons than the MP-H4 is a MP iron, lol.

Oh well, I truly love the Staff blades, however their execs a pack of clowns.

      It’s a shame.

I Love bettinardi putters but this one is just off the hook! I wish more companies would do this kind of stuff.

Bombtech’s testing on the Grenade Driver – nice to see some of the R&D that goes into clubs, even though (especially?) it’s not from one of the major companies.
