I don't think anyone claims he's perfect. He has lost his cool many many times. I think the John you saw was the one who was frustrated with his personal problems and the fact that they have taken away from his golf game. ]]> By: joshua lee http://www.mygolfspy.com/john-dalys-news/comment-page-1/#comment-4703 joshua lee Fri, 29 May 2009 20:23:44 +0000 http://www.mygolfspy.com/?p=1934#comment-4703 ok, i agree that JD is a special golfer and every one should just lay off him BUT , im in Australia and i have seen him play 3 times here , 1st time i saw him he threw his putter into the water ,then got on his plain about 2 hrs later and got out of the country, nowwe did fish the putter out of water and now its hanging above the 19th drinking hole 2nd time i saw him was on same course last year and again on the 18th he gave up, he could not be stuffed playing after he hit one in the drink,he again missed the cut 3rd time was in sydney last yeah where again he missed the cut and went off screaming at someone in the croud Now i spent sum good money to watch him play, and i dont think he even bothers to think that ,if it was not for us in the adiance paying to watch him then he would not be there, how many bridges can you burn before we stop giving him a chance, in my opionion he burnt his last one ok, i agree that JD is a special golfer and every one should just lay off him

In the days of golf today, I don't think there is anyone else there that the average, a couple times a month, golfer can relate to. I have always had "Medium John" in my dream foursomes, and always still want to play a round with my friends and him. I can say, I wouldn't feel nervous playing with him, because he's just like me, my friends, he's one of the boys.
