Behind The Scenes Images – New Driver From Nickent Golf
Here are some behind the scenes images of what Nickent Golf is working on next. These are early in the developmental stages and might change but from what we hear from a source close to the company…this will be a continuation of their popular 5DX line…and this line will also include their new CYG Technology their version of the interchangeable shaft technology.
There is no doubt that Nickent has made their name with their hybrid line. They have had a huge impact on almost every professional tour. So they hope continued success with their new Nickent 5DX or maybe 6DX driver.
P.S. – As soon as we get more info on this new drivers development we will sure to let you all know.

I am a huge fan of the Nickent 4DX driver. I have been using one for the past two seasons. I am almost tempted to switch to the new Evolver though sicne they have made some changes. Nicketn does make some solid clubs, but they just don’t get enough play from people. It is hard to get out of the shadow of the big OEM’s.

Well wait for this one…maybe we will give a couple away to you guys!

That would be a swell thing to do. Do you think Nickent will thrive enough to stay in business? I knwo they are having their problems.
July 16th, 2009 at 10:30 am
Yes CJ I think they will. They had some issue but the issue were less to do with them and more to do with the golf business in general.

I like the look of the driver it reminds me a lot of the Nike dymo driver, I hope they give this driver a different paint job thoughim not really a fan of the looks of their old drivers

What about this driver do you think reminds you of the Nike driver Spanky?
July 15th, 2009 at 8:07 am
The bottom left picture is what made me think that, the sole designs are similar except for the weight in the back of the nickent driver

If they can improve on the 4DX I’ll be amazed. Great driver.
July 15th, 2009 at 7:13 am
The 4DX was a solid driver, if this is marketed correctly and is solid this could be a hit.

Can’t wait to see it, I am also a fan of the company!

I’d like to give this one a try, on looks, the CYG tech. and the feedback given here.

i hate that i won’t have a chance to try these because nikent lost its canadian connection
July 15th, 2009 at 7:29 pm
We will see what we can do about that for you once they come out. Just shoot us a reminder.

Ive heard good things about the nickint 4DX driver but never used it. This club, like Spanky, reminded me of the Nike Dymo. Hopefully i will get a chance to try these

I am fan! I currently play the 4DX 9 degree T Spec. This driver is long. The driver did not get enough promotion in my opinion. I can’t wait too see the new 5DX.

i currently play the 4dx 9* T spec as well. I love this driver! I have hit all the new stuff out there and still keep going back to my 4dx. Cant wait to try something new from Nickent!

I currently game the Evolver CYG 9* and it’s an absolutely solid club. One of if not the best drivers I’ve ever hit, and I’ve hit most of them. If these new heads are anything like the 4dx then watch out!

Always wanted a Nickent 4DX driver and was just about to go buy one but the 4500 MOI rating did not seem like it was enough for me. I also wanted a driver with adjustable weights since I play to a 43.5″ driver and need the extra weight to maintain D!….This might just be the one for me!

I recently started using a Nickent driver (4DX) and am loving it. Very playable and distance is terrific. Looking forward to see what they come out with next.
