WINNER!
Well the auction was ended early by the individual who listed it…so we will now never know what the final cost was. But there was an entry that guessed exactly what would happen. But since the winner (GolfSpy Dave) writes gadget reviews for MGS…I figured I would also randomly select an additional winner. And the 2nd winner is…………..

Will Any MyGolfSpy’ers Be Bidding?
“That Scotty Cameron sure has a hellova racket going on” says an anonymous GolfSpy.
And I would have to agree…but you almost have to marvel at the fact that he’s able to get people to spend such an insane amount of money for his clubs. Clubs which in this instance simply have his name written in sharpie and some stamps with letters and circles around them.
Now I am sure many MGS readers and others would disagree…but I also respect his creativity. Yes…I said it…his creativity. The man has an eye for design…that is a fact. I know what many of you are probably screaming at your computer screen right now. “HE COPIES OTHERS DESIGNS”…and I might even agree with your point to some degree again. But…name me a well known putter designer that doesn’t ever take bits and pieces from other designs and market them as his own. So what’s the difference between him and the rest of the guys? Well….Scotty’s renditions sell…no let me re-phrase that…they sell out…every time! Not only do these Circle T, Circle L, Circle Whatever putters sell…they sell for some major coinage.
(CONTEST) – Guess The Final Price?
So that brings me to the point of today’s post. Just the other day a Scotty Cameron collector from Kanagawa, Japan posted a “Scotty Cameron’s Personal Irons Set” for sale on eBay. So I thought it would be fun to guess what the final price of this set of sticks go for.
