We love a good media kit (and a bad one too).
For those who are just hearing of media kits for the first time, a media kit in this context is basically a promotional package manufacturers put together to help announce, or otherwise show off their products.
Apart from the opportunity to check out new gear, what we love about media kits is they present a relatively unique opportunity for manufacturers to be creative. Media kits aren’t huge advertising campaigns, they’re concise packages that need to make a statement while cleverly conveying key product information. Much like print and video, the media kit is a medium unto itself.
Some manufacturers have turned it into an art form.
Below are, in no particular order other than alphabetical, our 10 favorite media kits from 2015. Which company/product produced the best of the year?
That’s for you to decide.

Kit for Cobra seems to make it a clear winner, but they may be feeling a larger amount of pressure because the Cobra golf division has a lot riding on the Kings success.
