(9) Testers Wanted: Matrix MFS White, Red & Black Tie Driver Shafts

For many golfers, the hunt for the perfect driver shaft is eerily similar to the quest for the Holy Grail: filled with drama and intrigue, and ending with tragedy and, ultimately, no Grail.

King Arthur couldn’t find it. Neither could Monty Python. How about you?

Matrix isn’t saying their 2017 MFS lineup is the Holy Grail, but they do think you might find your Grail, dressed in either a White, Red or Black Tie.

TESTERS WANTED:

The Matrix MFS5 (Matrix Flight System) series features specific and unique flight characteristics that can optimize driver performance for most any golfer, depending on what color Tie works best for you.

The White Tie is a high launch and low to mid spin for golfers with a smoother swing, while the Red Tie is a mid launch and mid spin shaft aimed at a wide range of golfers. The Black Tie is for the more aggressive swinger who needs a low launching, low spinning shaft.

Is one of these right for you?  We’re looking for nine golfing Grail seekers to test and review (and keep) a Red, White or Black Tie shaft and let us know if your quest is over.

What It Means To Be A MyGolfSpy Product Tester:

As you know, MyGolfSpy takes its product testing very seriously. All of our reader reviews are published in our Community Forum (click here to check them out). We expect a lot from our reviewers – writing a thorough, detailed and honest review is a full two-month commitment, requiring extensive range and on-course work as well as participation in the Forum itself to answer questions and discuss product performance with other golfers.

That means to be a potential reviewer you must be a registered member of the MyGolfSpy Community Forum, where you’ll find thousands of like-minded golfers from all over the world anxious to talk about golf equipment.

To apply to test a Matrix Red, White or Black Tie shaft, here’s what you have to do:

– First, if you haven’t already, please sign up for the MyGolfSpy Community Forum (click here to register).

– Second, apply ONLY in the Official Matrix MFS White, Red & Black Tie Shaft Testers Wanted Thread in the Community Forum (click here).

We’re looking for 9 testers total (three for each shaft). The testers will be announced next week in the MyGolfSpy Community Forum.

I’m really enjoying the Matrix Red Tie in my Cobra F6 driver. Really feels solid and the mid ball flight I’m seeing is cool. With that said I’ve never gamed a White Tie and it would be fun to compare the Red vs White to see how it affects my shot patterns.
