The Aeroburner was a long of the tee but I never knew what side of the fairway it would land or not land. The stock shaft for the price paid was crap. I traded it in for a Callaway XR it came with a Kuro Kage Tini shaft flew about the same distance but I knew where the ball was going to land, Great driver a stroke saver . For the same price the Callaway has a far better shaft . When you pay that kind of money for a drive why would Taylormade put such a WalMart shaft in a great Head .

R11s with a fabuki alpha x-flex…. Still can’t find one longer, better balanced or as easy to control.

I have an r15 tp and the evo shaft is crap! My aero with motore upgrade smokes it. I’m gonna try an a.d. In the R15 if that won’t do it it’s gone

Quick question in regards to these head to head driver tests. Can you specify the shaft flex for these tests? Were both the 100 swing speed tests done with the same flex shaft or different flex shafts?
      Thanks

@teaj isn’t your 3 wood more accurate than your driver? Being a 16 hcp I thought the aeroburner would be the better driver for me but the 460 R15 was much more accurate/comfortable. It’s a awesome driver.

how is it that the smaller head is more accurate?

Well that’s not entirely true, the Aeroburner produced much more spin than the R15s although that didn’t make it lose distance

TMAG’s drivers are great, but their stock shafts are crap. Order a custom shaft if you get one.
