TESTERS WANTED: Hogan FT WORTH hi Irons

TESTERS WANTED!

The Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company thinks it has something that could help the hybrid-hating long iron-phobics out there – the FT. WORTH hi.

Ben Hogan Ft Worth Hi -22

Hogan says the FT. WORTH hi is a hollow-bodied long iron that has the look of a forged player’s iron but with enough perimeter weighting to provide just the right amount of forgiveness.

Does the FT. WORTH hi sound like something that could help your game? We need three of you to test them out and let us know.

Ben Hogan Ft Worth HI - 23

HOW TO APPLY:

MyGolfSpy is looking for 3 golfers to test and review the new Hogan FT WORTH hi irons. Each tester will test (and keep) a set of 3 hi’s, ranging from 20 to 31 degrees.

Ben Hogan Ft Worth Hi - 24

We take our testing very seriously, so please read these application instructions carefully:

Step 1: If you haven’t already, you MUST join the MyGolfSpy Community Forum (click here to join)

Step 2: Apply by clicking on this link: Official Ben Hogan Ft. Worth HI Iron Application Thread in the MyGolfSpy Forum.

It’s that easy!

*Note: you MUST apply in the Official Application thread in the MyGolfSpy Forum.

I think alot of mid handicappers who want player’s irons plateau into wanting to break 80 more regularly. I’m one of those! It was Mr Hogan and the BH Golf Co. that rekindled my passion for the game. After reading James Dodson’s biography I bought a set of Apex Edge Pro’s. I’ve since owned Apex Redlines, Medallions and PCs. As I lack consistency to play blades regularly I went for a Macgregor combo set and have gone for more tech in the Mizuno MP59s. I shoot anything from mid 70s to mid 80s, partly due to lack of consistency with the 3 and 4 irons (as well as around the green of course) but I would love the honour to test and observe on how the Company has tried to blend tradition and technology with these groundbreaking irons. Thanks for your time :)

As everyone on this page would like , I too would love to be picked. I am not a great golfer, as my short game and putting are atrocious, but I am considered to have a very repeatable swing as Mr. Hogan had. Once I was told that I looked just like Mr. Hogan on the tee. I also do not like hybrids for longer irons. I would rather hit a 4, 3,or 2 Iron into a green. You might do well to pick me for the the test. In would love to participate. I recently purchased a set of Titleist irons and woods. Not at all happy with them. Wish I had waited for the Hogans!

From across the big pond (The Netherlands ). I would love to try out these new Hogan clubs. I’ve been swinging Callaway’s for the last 24 years, but I’m really in for something new and different. I’ll be proud to be your ambassador in our country.

After ordering both the Ft. Worth irons and the PTx irons I just ordered a set of the PTx irons. The best I’ve ever hit in 40 plus years of being a single digit!!!

5 iron comfortably. I have a callaway xr hybrid 3 and 4 that I game when I need the extra yardage.
Hogans are my favourite irons. I’ve games the 99s, 72s, director, apex edge pro, 2003s, ftx, redline, and the 94s. I’ve wanted the Ft worth 15 since they came out and love the look 9f the ptx, especially the n9d toward the apex ii badge/medallion badge.
